Make your dream house a Reality!!!

 

Early 2018 an english course led me to relocate from my native country Colombia (south America) to Las Vegas; Fall in love with my husband and wanted to move together!

Let me tell you personally it was difficult decision as buyers we wanted the best cute home and the sharpest investment in one transaction. 

so I started my research for the right location in the city for us, we had priorities like school for our daughter, shopping center near by (of course), parks, museums etc.. I literally looked by zip code.

That's when I get to know the city.

The fun part was the legal  process with tittle companies, appraisers, loan officers, inspectors, tittle etc..

that really catch my mind!

was so interesting for me to get to work to that people 

I definitely realized that was enjoyable for me so decided to get my real estate license .

I've been part of the LVR  since 2022
